If you need a home inspection done Matt is your man. We were pressed for time, Matt was able to fit us in. He was very thorough. He found things we hadn't seen from our walk through, like a raccoon hole in the roof. He made suggestions for repairs. Over all a very good experience.

Matt was wonderful! When we called to set up the appointment his professionalism and commitment to us as clients was apparent. Matt came to the house to inspect a few hours prior to meeting us on the property. As we were waiting for him to finish, our realtor who had never met Matt before, commented that "Matt was top notch". Then within 24 hours, we had a detailed inspection report with images.
